These guys we're up against today have actually run the US for decades already. They have now simply taken it back.
I'm not saying "don't fight them". I'm saying there's a precious few options remaining.
Power is exerted top-down, but it comes from the bottom up. If people become involved in their political situations locally, so that local elections have integrity by 2022, there's a good chance things can be fixed federally, too.
