Sir / ma’am, can I take it one step further and say it’s because of God you’re still here with us, not the clay vessels He used? Same with all of us, God has us all here for a reason at this moment but each moment is fleeting; he wants us all reconciled under His Son.
Jesus is the messiah Isaiah told us about some 600 years before Christ! Many many Jews repented and believed in Him but not all will be reconciled unless they put their trust in Him. We must believe in the Lord Jesus as the true propitiation for our sins and the only way to the Father.
Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, And shall call his name Immanuel.
Isaiah 11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, The spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and might, The spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, And carried our sorrows: Yet we did esteem him stricken, Smitten of God, and afflicted.
Isaiah 42:3 A bruised reed shall he not break, And the smoking flax shall he not quench: He shall bring forth judgment unto truth.
Isaiah 53:12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, And he shall divide the spoil with the strong; Because he hath poured out his soul unto death: And he was numbered with the transgressors; And he bare the sin of many, And made intercession for the transgressors.
Isaiah 11:4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, And reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: And he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, And with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
Isaiah 53:7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, Yet he opened not his mouth: He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, So he openeth not his mouth.
Isaiah 42:4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, Till he have set judgment in the earth: And the isles shall wait for his law.
Isaiah 42:6 I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, And will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, And give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
Isaiah 11:5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, And faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
Isaiah 53:9 And he made his grave with the wicked, And with the rich in his death; Because he had done no violence, Neither was any deceit in his mouth.
Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, The spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and might, The spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: And the government shall be upon his shoulder: And his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 32:1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, And princes shall rule in judgment.
Isaiah 53:1 Who hath believed our report? And to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
