Put embargo's and sanctions on them. Heavy ones.
Beef up arms shipments to Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea.
Allow Japan to arm themselves with nuclear weapons. Allow Taiwan to arm themselves with nuclear weapons.
Give tax breaks/incentives for American companies to set up manufacturing/customer support in the US.
If American companies continue to outsource to China/India, then you fine them for every month. You want to be an American company, fine, but you stay in America.
You find as many CCP agents you can, and you deport them and ban them from entering the country again.
You put pressure on the EU to do the same thing. If they don't put sanctions on China, then the US will stop funding their defense and we'll withdraw our troops. They can figure out how to stop the Russians.
Put pressure on the UN so they can ban China from the UN and remove them from all councils. If UN doesn't want to, then pull all funding and withdraw from the UN.
Do the same thing to the WHO.
