This is what happens when there are not consequences.

You know WHY gun laws don't work? Because when you don't have them, dudes that want to shoot people think twice because they don't know who is armed and who's not. You can't get rid of guns. So give everyone guns. It's mutually assured destructing on the individual level. Don't fuck with me, and I won't fuck with you.

That'll drop your gun violence. It's fear that the other guy is packing heat too.
