yep, affirmative action in schools and employment, section 8 housing, WIC/EBT, Obama phone, paid school lunches....its about supremacy now and has been since 2012 or abouts.
Blacks (and a LOT of poor whites) turned to sharecropping after the Civil War. It was an exploitative system at worst, a hard and unpleasant life at best. So black families eventually migrated up north to work in factories and such.
Blacks weren’t “racism’ed” off the farms. Like do you think anybody gives a fuck about the color of the person growing their okra? THEY CHOSE TO LEAVE BECAUSE FARMING IS INSANELY HARD.
Illegal aliens are the next ones. It’s fine right now because they can still exploit blacks and the democrats love hiring illegals to clean their toilets and work in their vineyards. After some time the history will spin and we will “switch parties” and it will be the republicans who exploited the illegals and made them slaves. I give it about 50 years.
Weren't the democrats already making that argument before they became pro open borders? Didn't Bernie say during the 2016 election that open borders is a Koch brothers scheme to get cheap labor?
its hard, and risky: sometimes your bounty will sell for less regardless if the government gets involved or not. Its speculative. Especially during these coof times, they are hit hard by lost revenue from the lack of restaurant orders.
Just heard on the Black information Network about how a spanish man is not being allowed to publish the translation of that awful inaguration poem Biden had read by the '22 y/o black girl', because the spanish man is not a "young woman activist preferably black".
IMO the reason the election lawsuits failed wasn't the courts, but because Trump hired backstabbing lawyers who filed junk suits intended to placate Trump but ultimately fail.
Patrick Byrne describes this in great detail. He said that Sydney, Lin, Rudy, Jenna were all a bunch of grifters there to string Trump along and not deliver on anything. His accounts from meetings in the Oval was that these lawyers ruined perfectly winnable lawsuits.
Your question is justified and shines light on a completely corrupted judiciary. It wouldn't have mattered who brought the facts to the case. Labeling those that fight for freedom "grifters" is no different than being a sympathizer to the leftists, IMHO. The judges feared retaliation from the globalist cabal and their ever reaching evils that would have erased their entire families from this earth (JFK anyone)... We are dealing with a deep rooted evil that will do anything for power. We either exercise the true meaning of "E pluribus unum", or we no longer exist as a free nation.
No...I just hate what QTARD grifters Sydney and Lin have done.
I don't like Patrick Byrne either, but he was the only other one in the Oval Office for that meeting and offered a different explanation from a different perspective as to why the lawsuits went down as they did.
I'm just offering a different viewpoint that could explain things, that's all.
Because the courts are only going to consider lawsuits regarding election lawsuits from parties that have incurred direct damages from potential voter fraud, and not random individuals.
The only groups that can legally sue are Donald J. Trump for President Inc. and Donald J. Trump et. al., as long as the Trump campaign or Trump himself file the suit, and other parties can file an amicus curiae in support of the suit. That means only the official campaign lawyers (Rudy, Jenna, and Sydney) that were working with the campaign or that people like Lin filed and Trump himself signed on to could sue.
I remember there were two suits in PA not by Trump and that Trump had no part in that got shot down - one was from Sean Parnell and one was from Mike Kelly. Those lawsuits got shot down since those parties had not incurred direct damages and had no legal basis to sue. Trump himself was not affiliated with either of those two, and so they were rendered null.
With that being said: let's look at some of the official suits that Trump campaign did file: I read through the official Trump campaign lawsuits and they were downright embarrassing to anyone with even a little bit of rudimentary legal knowledge. The Trump lawyers filed lawsuits, but they intentionally filed such legally dubious and shitty lawsuits in an attempt at self-sabotaging their efforts. One of the lawsuits misspelled words like "District" and "Georgia" and were riddled with grammatical mistakes a middle schooler would laugh at. Most of them tried arguing some sort of foreign interference angle or voter fraud angle when they SHOULD have been arguing instead from a Constitutionality angle that the laws were changed w/o the state legislatures and thus the electors were unconstitutionally slated. Any lawyer worth their salt knows that the Constitutionality and state legislature angle has a much easier path to victory and a lower burden of proof than a voter fraud or foreign interference angle (even if both of those happened, it is much easier to prove Constitutionality).
The lawyers (Rudy & Sydney) knew this, but intentionally chose the path that had a MUCH higher burden of proof (god knows why, but given that they've been practicing law for decades, one would think it's an effort to purposely tank the suits). Aside from that, they made outlandish claims and claimed to have all the proof in the world, but presented absolutely none in the lawsuits they filed. Rudy even filed a voter fraud case and then in the oral arguments in a lower court said specifically that "this is not a voter fraud case". Huh??
Don't get me wrong, the courts are compromised to SOME degree. But not this hopelessly compromised. Read the lawsuits yourself and you'll see why Trump lost -- it wasn't because all the courts are traitors, it's because his own legal team consisted of grifters and con artists that backstabbed and undermined him every step of the way.
I'll leave you with an analogy: what happened with the lawsuits was if Gordon Ramsay was tasked with preparing a dinner for someone and "accidentally" used sugar instead of salt for all his recipes. With the level of experience his lawyers had: the level of incompetence they displayed wasn't on accident....it was deliberate.
You are comparing apples to oranges. Many states brought election related suits forward. All were denied before facts ever got to be presented. THAT is the only thing that matter, they were dismissed on procedural grounds rather than facts. Each and every judge abdicated their duty. It has NOTHING to do with WHO brought the lawsuits, period.
It absolutely has everything to do with who brought the lawsuits. It's a jurisdictional and standing concern. A suit cannot be heard if either the court [A] doesn't have the jurisdiction to hear it (remember: we don't have federal elections -- we have 50 state elections on the same date.) or [B.] if the party doesn't have any standing to sue.
One state suing another in the context of election fraud makes no sense - Texas did not have any standing to sue Pennsylvania for how they slated their electors. It's a plenary power given to each state. They did not have standing to bring a suit period.
Only party that had standing to bring a suit against Pennsylvania was Donald J. Trump for President Inc. as he was the only one that had incurred damages.
There is legal precedent for this - Bush v. Gore. The two campaigns sued each other. The lawsuit in 2000 was not [Insert State Here] v. Florida, but rather Bush v. Gore as the individual campaigns had the standing to sue. The Texas v. PA lawsuit this time made zero sense.
And what I'm saying is that the lawsuits that were filed by the Trump campaign were severely lacking to the point of seeming like Trump's lawyers were trying to sabotage him.
The simple truth is that judges don't live in isolation and the establishment, both the left and the right, wanted Trump out.
The judges abdicated their responsibility and tore the country down because this country is ruled by a cabal of connected people (the swamp) and is not a government "of, by and for the people". In fact, it hasn't been for a long time and that's how they got away with it.
Yes. The courts were compromised too. I never said they weren’t.
I’m saying that on top of that, trumps own lawyers worked against him.
The lawsuits that Sydney and Rudy filed were an utter joke. Misspellings and grammatical mistakes up the wazoo.
Jenna Ellis was hopelessly compromised and/or naive. She talked Trump away from invoking the Insurrection Act, and when asked, didn’t even know the difference between IA and Martial Law.
Patrick Byrne is a nevertrumper faggot who didn't even vote for Trump. Why is he always shilled here? He was Sidney Powell's panic button to trash Trump when Trump rightfully told Powell to fuck off because she was offering false hope and false promises. Byrne is part of the same gang with Powell and Wood, aka grifters.
They gave a favorable ruling the other day on a Christian proselytizing at a university. Strangely even the liberal justices voted for that, the only one who didn't was Robert's.
If the left was discriminated against, or even had a single inclination that they were being discriminated against there would already have been 19 separate large and substantial lawsuits already filed hitting them from every side before the day was over. Let's be honest.
Affirmative Action was 40 years ago when it started?
The suing thing does not work.
Who was stupid enough to go along with that four, or more, decades ago?
"Hello, parent of a white child. They have great test scores, are very smart, but we will ban them from university access and jobs due to their skin color. You will accept that?"
.
Commies/dictators and their attacks on farmers.
Stalin, Mugabe, Mandela, Clinton, Barry Soetaro, Creepy Joe Biden.
I've tried this on job apps and it actually works. I get called back. Step further? Glad you asked. Not trying to push a product here, or anything, but currently trying to patent a certain black shoe polish as a face moisturizer as well as a certain species of fish repellent. The name? Ok. I'll just let it out. Gar Be Gone. Look for it on shelves soon in your local hunting and fishing departments. 100% guarantee to keep gars off your hook.
Imagine going to these farmers and saying no you don't get relief because you are white and then thinking for one second that you are the good guys.
And reminder it was those same people not offering them any relief that were at the front and center of putting themn into such a situation that required a relief fund in the first place.
"Minority farmers", sounds like a calculated insult. As in to say not only does the admin hate farmers but they want them to know that there are categories of farmers in terms of persecution complexes.
I reckon reverse racism is a republican establishment (in other words uniparty sponsored) myth to put a hard lock on the conservative ability to push back.
The truth is that segregation and a lot of black victimization historically is exaggerated. they were mistreated but they have always been tribal. Fredrick Douglas and W.E.B.Dubois talked about it.
Good. Certain people don't stay quiet when fucked with, farmers are one of them. I'm done putting up with ANYONE'S bullshit. No more political correctness, no more niceties to placate the plebs. Time to live in the real world, where people burn, loot, and murder every day for stupid shit with no consequences. Fuck your feelings.
My family is more important than yours to me. That's reality, get fucked.
Well...it is. It’s not only racists, but they know the Trump had the rural vote, so they are pandering to these minority owned farms for ‘22/‘24 elections. They will use this for their propaganda and try and guilt these folks into voting blue.
Also...see everyone making less than $75K that just got a tax refund of their own money, compliments of Nance & Chuckles.
seriously i can't understand why Dem elites pander to black farmers. Is it for votes or to start a race war? or for Bill Gates slave owner to then take the farm from black pawns?
Dems are smart when It comes to manipulation. They understand the nature of minorities while Republicans especially normie conservatives like Scott Presler try to sell ideology or philosophy to people who are purely economical voters. Scott Presler cleaned some inner cities but those cities still voted Majority Dem despite Scott outreach because the Dems know how to get blacks to vote for them.
Blexit was a big failure because the black leadership and political establishment(church elites, public school leaders, Black entertainers, Politicians) are mostly Dems and they influence them to a large extent.
Dems would sell this through black Liberal anchors who would race-bait and cry about fake "racism" and lie about how they taught whites how to farm. When the incompetent farmers cant continues, Bill gates or a big Liberal oligarch would buy the farm.
That's because it is. It's straight up racism
It’s wepawations in disguise and should be acknowledged as such.
reparations = "it's whitey's turn to pick the cotton"
Fun fact: my white parents picked more cotton growing up poor in the south than I'd imagine 99.99% of living black people have.
Your racist parents are guilty of appropriating black culture
My dad grew up without indoor plumbing. He loves hearing about his “privilege”
The very first house I can remember living in had an outhouse. I could do without that kind of white privilege ever again.
Fun Fact: my ancestors had slaves, should have taken them back to Africa after they finished picking the cotton. Greatest mistake in USA history.
Hear, hear.
Plus they still trade slaves in Africa to this day. They sold eachother out.
Same. Hell, I chopped cotton with my grandfather...
Never cotton, picked pecans, shrimp and oysters though.
We already fucking picked the cotton, built the country, managed their shitty communities, and paid for their welfare for the past 60 years.
John Deer enters the room.
Yeah we don't need you anymore for that job get your vaccine and exit. NEXT!!!
yep, affirmative action in schools and employment, section 8 housing, WIC/EBT, Obama phone, paid school lunches....its about supremacy now and has been since 2012 or abouts.
Said this before and I will vocalize on mo' gen. Erry time I gets muh headache I bees picking dat cotton.
That makes the entire bill unconstitutional, right?
The constitution died a long time ago.
You have no standing. Wait until it is being enforced. Now your point is moot. Thanks SC.
Depends if the bill had a sever-ability clause in it.
It didn’t
Wow. Well if that’s case then torpedoing the entire bill is a possibility.
Good luck getting the money back
I find the entire thing insane.
The woke crowd doesn't have any understanding of history or reality.
Black Rednecks and White Liberals by Thomas Sowell ought to be required reading in high school.
Sowell should’ve been the first Black President, not Obama
Illegal aliens are the next ones. It’s fine right now because they can still exploit blacks and the democrats love hiring illegals to clean their toilets and work in their vineyards. After some time the history will spin and we will “switch parties” and it will be the republicans who exploited the illegals and made them slaves. I give it about 50 years.
Weren't the democrats already making that argument before they became pro open borders? Didn't Bernie say during the 2016 election that open borders is a Koch brothers scheme to get cheap labor?
Wasn't just Bernie saying that, during the Obama reign everything under the sun was blamed on white's. By all of them.
I don’t remember that but nothing surprises me anymore
If we make it that long as a country...
its hard, and risky: sometimes your bounty will sell for less regardless if the government gets involved or not.
They are getting so dang blatantly racist
And yet they appear to have no problem with the black girl translating into Spanish. Because thats not a racisms, or something.
blacks can do whatever they want. You can not criticize them. Its only appropriation when light melanin people do it.
It is racism.
Laaaaawwwwsssuuuiiiittttteee.
Straight to SCOTUS where I get to see how well Trumps picks will play out
didn't we already see how well they played out?
Yes zir we did!
There’s supposedly a conservative majority lol?
IMO the reason the election lawsuits failed wasn't the courts, but because Trump hired backstabbing lawyers who filed junk suits intended to placate Trump but ultimately fail.

What about the other 80 lawsuits rejected, that were not brought by RG or SP? I’ve asked this before on other posts, but you never answer.
Your question is justified and shines light on a completely corrupted judiciary. It wouldn't have mattered who brought the facts to the case. Labeling those that fight for freedom "grifters" is no different than being a sympathizer to the leftists, IMHO. u/giantrabbit1 is a faggot who shills for that Patrick Byrne liar who admitted that he DOES NOT LIKE TRUMP AND DID NOT VOTE FOR TRUMP
I’ve noticed
No...I just hate what QTARD grifters Sydney and Lin have done.
I don't like Patrick Byrne either, but he was the only other one in the Oval Office for that meeting and offered a different explanation from a different perspective as to why the lawsuits went down as they did.
I'm just offering a different viewpoint that could explain things, that's all.
SCROTUS rejected the Texas lawsuit. That had nothing to do with Linn or Sydney did it?
That you know of. Because Byrne told you.
I've yet to hear Trump confirm ANY of it.
Everything you accuse Powell and Wood of, Byrne is just as capable of being guilty of. He's a lawyer. He's a professional liar.
Now, I will admit I stopped paying attention to Wood early on. Something wasn't right with him.
Because the courts are only going to consider lawsuits regarding election lawsuits from parties that have incurred direct damages from potential voter fraud, and not random individuals.

Tried looking this up on YT but it's not readily apparent.
Wouldn't mind checking it out if you still have a link.
Patrick Byrne is a lying shill.
They gave a favorable ruling the other day on a Christian proselytizing at a university. Strangely even the liberal justices voted for that, the only one who didn't was Robert's.
Completely meaningless ruling. SCOTUS sucks
SCOTUS has been a total disaster besides Clarence Thomas.
The European tradition of simply placing a guillotine on the town square when the snakes get out of hand has always sent a very clear message.
Oh! Muh geerd. Hallelujah hollah-back!
Got to start suing. Make the administration proclaim their anti whiteness in lawsuits.
If the left was discriminated against, or even had a single inclination that they were being discriminated against there would already have been 19 separate large and substantial lawsuits already filed hitting them from every side before the day was over. Let's be honest.
the existence of the word "microaggression" is proof of your statement
The CDC already said how they want old whites to die -
“we will prioritize covid vaccine to minorities instead of older whites because they have too much white privilege”
It’s the rhetoric of 1930s Germany all over again.
disagree here. this is like planned parenthood. vaccine is genocide.
the vaccines cause side effect though
I don't want the vaccine anyways. Pump Blacks full of whatever it is if you want to.
Nah. More like they are wanting to kill non white elderly because that fake vaccine is the problem and is killing people
There are no courts, there are no elections
Won’t work. Supreme Court has already said it’s ok to discriminate against whitey. It’s called “benign discrimination.”
Fuck off stormfag
Hitler was bisexual and raped children
Oy Vey! That’s HOMOPHOBIC!!
Seriously tho, I had no idea Hitler was a Democrat! Learned something today.
It is discrimination and they need to sue.....
I'm sure our patriots in SCOTUS will side with them!
Paging ACLU, oh wait
Affirmative Action was 40 years ago when it started?
The suing thing does not work.
Who was stupid enough to go along with that four, or more, decades ago?

Commies/dictators and their attacks on farmers.
Stalin, Mugabe, Mandela, Clinton, Barry Soetaro, Creepy Joe Biden.
EVERY White man, woman and child in the US should claim / identify as Black.
This wil destroy the libtard narrative. We are all one of the African haplotypes, anciently speaking.
Unless those fucks come up with Super Black...
I identify as an OG hood nigga
It worked for Rachel Dolezal and Fauxcahontas...
"worked"
How about the NBA'r throwing out the K-werddd
I've tried this on job apps and it actually works. I get called back. Step further? Glad you asked. Not trying to push a product here, or anything, but currently trying to patent a certain black shoe polish as a face moisturizer as well as a certain species of fish repellent. The name? Ok. I'll just let it out. Gar Be Gone. Look for it on shelves soon in your local hunting and fishing departments. 100% guarantee to keep gars off your hook.
Works great with sheepshead, croaker, and carp, as well!
As a transracial black person I agree
The globalists sabeatens want you dead.you have to fight them back;this has been the globalists plan for over a 1000 years.
look at how well that worked out for Rachel Dolezol
Claim? It is prima facie discrimination on the basis of race.
Imagine going to these farmers and saying no you don't get relief because you are white and then thinking for one second that you are the good guys.
And reminder it was those same people not offering them any relief that were at the front and center of putting themn into such a situation that required a relief fund in the first place.
Claim?! CLAIM?!!
They LOGICALLY AND CORRECTLY CONCLUDED IT WAS DISCRIMINATION.
i mean, only if you use the traditional, universally understood, definition of "discrimination" but that definition is probably racist.
“White farmers” in a headline for American news is alarming af. Straight up South Africa vibes.
Probably because it is
It isn't a form it is discrimination.
Textbook discrimination.
"Minority farmers", sounds like a calculated insult. As in to say not only does the admin hate farmers but they want them to know that there are categories of farmers in terms of persecution complexes.
Be a TRANSRACIAL farmer
It 2021, ya'll
white people had ALL the power... but I identify as SUPERwhite, so obviously I didnt benefit from any of that. GIVE ME REPARATIONS!
It is. And they need to sue.
The US is about EQUALITY. Not EQUITY.
There's a difference. They need to sue under civil rights clauses.
Equality is a Marxist word.there is nothing like true equality.
They should just identify as black. Words have no meaning anymore anyways.
Hey white farmers, you control the food, politicians from blue states can eat bugs, know what I mean
I hate how racism and mistreatment of people goes in circles...
Usually it's at least the majority looking after the majoorty interests, and ignoring the minority.
It isn't right, but it's better than ignoring the majority and catering to just the minority.
Very unfair shit. Some call it "reverse racism", but we all know it's just straight up racism.
This is the kind of action that creates and nurtures racism.
Economic equalism by any excuse is communism. "Discrimination by race..." so white is not even a race anymore...AHA IT'S A SUPER RACE!!! LOL
#antiwhite
That's because it is.
Well...it is. It’s not only racists, but they know the Trump had the rural vote, so they are pandering to these minority owned farms for ‘22/‘24 elections. They will use this for their propaganda and try and guilt these folks into voting blue.

Take notice that the ACLU is silent on this matter....so much for civil liberties.
Asks South Africa how that worked out for them.
Well.. they're absolutely right
Discrimination. Gates must want to buy more land from broke farmers.
That is the major aim. the farms eventually go to a big oligarch due to potential mismanagement.
Discrimination will always be the left's tool to "save the world"... These phucks need to be treated like a spider nest....
Where are the lawsuits?? The GOP should be filing a new one every day. I
Racism of the highest order.
They better be glad they're not getting necklaced South Africa style.
Watermelon boycott in the near future.
What the fuck else would it be?
There's a term they call this, uh oh yeah racism!
It is, but we now live in a banana republic, doesn’t matter
Of course it is
Some people need to read The Martian Chronicles.
Because it is. You can't prioritize based on race
Yes, it literally is
All this handholding to trashy people will never change how inferior they are, nor erase the crime statistics.
Can't wait to see Pedo Roberts disagree
There are black farmers?
I think this is really a trick to avoid paying out anything. How many non-White farmers have you ever seen?
seriously i can't understand why Dem elites pander to black farmers. Is it for votes or to start a race war? or for Bill Gates slave owner to then take the farm from black pawns?

So the $5 billion isn't enough to pay off half of the debt accumulated by SDA farmers.
They’re not wrong
