It absolutely is discrimination. It’s also a money scam. If I’m not mistaken Obama opened up claims to people who “thought” about being a farmer, so 50,000 checks ended up going to city folds who never stepped foot on a farm. This needs to be audited immediately. If real farmers were legitimately discriminated against back then and have verified documents to back this up ( credit to support loan ap etc) I don’t see a problem with the settlement. Unfortunately like everything government does the money never gets to the intended recipient.
