It's degrading to see how society attacks whites. I literal feel ashamed to be born a subject of discrimination. I'm fine with being white but all these attacks on whites (unless it's the 'white savior' hypocrites on top) is driving me mad.
Why do I have to be white? Couldn't God have made me black instead so I don't have to feel discrimination? Or would I feel discriminated toward in other ways? I can't even tell anymore. I'm sure I'd get more money though.
Sorry, I'm just in a bad mood today. I often lose it because of months of neverending race-baiting. And then I feel angry that I wasn't created with categories that aren't oppressed by society.
The way I judge music is by whether it is musical and lyrical. Much contemporary music is awful under this metric. It doesn't uplift, it doesn't speak to our better spirits. It is just base and ugly. You would have to go back like thirty years to hear even decent rap and I'm just not a fan of rap. And that isn't a race thing either, I don't like metal for the same reasons. It is grating, harsh, brutalizing. That is not music in my view.
