I think the Nuremberg Code is just ten points, no articles or sections. And it relates to human medical experimentation, not public health orders.
It does have language about people needing to be able to consent to experiments, and I think that should apply with respect to the experimental vaccines. I do not think it has any language about masks.

Looks like it's derived from 2005 UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, but the provisions on mandatory masks have been added.
