The dude says that multiple times before anyone was on top of him. He was having a full on drug induced panic. At first he thinks the cops going to shoot him. Then hes like claustrophobic and doesnt want to be in the back of the patrol car. The dude is off his head on drugs. And you can hear it. When hes slapped to the ground thats when his breathing is finally affected. Its a panic attack. He killed himself. It happens. People die from panic attacks.
