So what I get from this is the cop had no idea what was happening, who was where, his surroundings or his back up, and decided to shoot a scary unarmed 110 lb woman because she had a back pack which he could clearly see.

But hey the guy bashing the door with a helmet pay no attention to him, the back pack is the dangerous weapon!
