He probably didn't inject it, should've been the white sack that mysteriously disappeared from his mouth draping over his neck like a big ol ball sack.

Garrison always gets me for the humor though, McNaughton for impact.

A syringe is a better symbolic visual representation for a dangerous drug overdose than just a baggie of white powder, or whatever. The fentanyl also did not sit on Floyd's neck. It's a comic, fren. It's not supposed to be a 100% literal depiction of the actual events.

Indeed, I just thought a ballsack over Floyd's neck would've been an improvement myself and possibly an idea for a future meme!

I also feel like this is the proper message from Floyd's death. The man did a lot of bad shit because he was in the throes of his addiction to a pretty terrible substance. And it ended up killing of him. Drugs are a dangerous master
