Trespassing is not a WuFlu thang.

If a private business asks you to leave and you don't and they call the cops....... around here they HAVE to escort you out and if you refuse you get cuffed and stuffed.

It's City and County ordinance around here. Business owners wanted the ordinance to use it on hobos but if she didn't leave.......

That's in my neck of Florida. YMMV

I'd argue at best it's a grey area, public accommodation and all. If their sole reason for asking her to leave was the mask, then, even if it's all in her head, she has a clear ADA covered disability. Last time I checked, reasonable accommodations must be made for those with disabilities in the public space.

That's a legal challenge for later, and you're never going to win the argument with the chicks in blue.And it is absolutely correct that once someone is trespassed, the cuck hands are effectively tied, it's leave on your own, or in bracelets.

BUT, i have noticed that it's an awful lot of people on our side getting arrested for small infractions, while the Burn, Loot, and Murder crew is doing plenty worse and walking free.
