It could force a Convention of States and that's where we can remove the 16th and 17th Amendments and shrink the Federal Gov't overnight. They could also hold a real hearing on the election fraud, if you interpret the clause the way it was intended.
DeSantis appears to be the Governor to show the rest the way. Several are already nullifying some of these illegal DC edicts.
I absolutely agree that the 2A is the litmus test. If they try to actually grab the guns or if SCOTUS were to rule against the 2A, it's game on. We are not going to the gulag quietly.
There is hope for a legal remedy still, as long as the 2A still stands. DC may find out that they don't have as much power as they think they do. The Founding Fathers were brilliant and the States created the Federal Gov't, not the other way around.
