i read the military did it because there were mathematical impossibilities (sound familiar?) and they knew fraud happened. dont judge without info. i dont know what exactly going on there. But they use paper, hand counted ballots, and there were impossibilities last i read, so the military intervened

I still remember smelling the smoke all the way in Manila when the govt did a slash and burn back in the 90s. The way these things works is universal: each side have their poorest supporters flown or bused in to protest. They'll be given a financial token equivalent to a days wages. Some are killed (44 last night.) Get international news coverage and poof! You get sympathy. The fact Myanmar has their internet off can be a good sign or a bad sign. But the rest of the world will never know the truth.
