None of those fuckers will ever be able to rent again. Expect liberal cities to pass laws prohibiting not renting to them, and expect landlords to find a dozen ways around those laws.

I have a relative that has been evicted more than once and was still able to rent again, but it wasn't easy. Usually someone they know takes pity on them and rents to them.
