In Bolivia there was a stolen election stopped by Supreme Court of Bolivia, the Constitutionalists and the Armed Forces. Morales committed FRAUD, so they cancelled the fraudulent elections. He cheated after the people, in a referendum, decided to don't let him run for another reelection. He didn't care, in 2019 he got "elected", anyway after another magic night, when he was losing, so sudenly, they stopped counting the votes and then, magically, like here, he started winning. That started violents protests and clashes between left and right, is a long story. Yañes was a conservative senator and took the presidency (nobody wanted in a moment of violent crisis, almost a civil war) and then call for new elections, the candidate from Morales won, she accepted, now she is accused or being a terrorist. FYI: Morales is a communist allied of Russia and China, he is corrupt and he hot reelected twice so he wanted to run for another reelection.
