Chattanooga is nice. i don't know if you could call the city itself based. but there are plenty of patriots in SE Tennessee / N Georgia so you shouldn't have trouble easily finding like minded folks scattered around pretty thick. i'm north of there in a small rural town. lots of church folks. if that's your thing. the city itself is beautiful and there are cool things to do, restaurants, bars, etc. the electric shuttle runs a constant loop in downtown and it's free.
