When you live in a black neighborhood, the appraisal on your home should be equal to that of a white neighborhood or its racist. Although no one will pay the same amount, but still...racist!! (www.youtube.com)

So they say housing prices went up, but there have been a bunch of stories about home prices dropping in the Bay Area because of people leaving because of a variety of factors including Covid driving remote work. So they got a different appraiser at a different time... What could it be other than racism, eh Comrades? (Raises fist.)
