Good for the LAPD. It's time they stopped waiting to see what rioters decide on doing...when a cop car is moving--especially with the light bar flashing--you don't run up and stand in front of it and refuse to move. Nor do you then leap up on the hood of said moving vehicle and expect to meet anything but the asphalt.
