We measure time with the sun. From seconds to lightyears. Daylight savings is another measurement of time.
I could use the daylight savings saying "it makes no sense" for every measurement of time we use.
The seasons are going to work how they work...nothing we can do to stop them.
But we can leave our blasted clocks alone! Some states do this and get along just fine. . .I'm sure we can adjust to NOT changing clocks easier than having to be used to changing them! Besides, President Trump also thinks DST is just fine!
