Definitely a "broken clock being right twice a day" situation, yet the point on infrastructure and ability to deliver construction projects stands. Lots of brain power being wasted on wokeness, "inclusive" software and litigation vs engineering and "getting things done" attitude. America needs to be a nation of builders again.
With his track record, Trump would have been a tremendous builder if he had chosen to focus on infrastructure projects like roads and transportation. He made the strategic choice to use his political credit to be decisive on the international scene (TPP, Paris agreement, calling out NATO non-payers, historic NK and Middle East treaties) and booming economy to lift many rather than infrastructure projects, which takes a long time to complete and reach payback.
Then again, perhaps he expected he could take care of those during a second term and didn't expect such a blatant steal.
