Totally agree--they were granted immunity for a vaccine which this is not.
I would say FDA probably knew it was not a vaccine but this whole Covid-19 has been used as a political football and we have seen more and more how virtually all of government has been take over by the Democrats. They are openly trying to take over the military now (they had take over the top echelons, but they want to go all the way into the ranks now). The want to own it.
Democrats have go to be stopped and it cannot be by following procedure. Someone with a good legal mind is going to have to find a way to prove the unconstitutionality of what they are doing.
