... is forcing its employees to get the shot, would the employer now be assuming liability for ill-effects from the shot? I am assuming this under a “Condition of Employment” -type scenario. . ,

Can you help me succinctly understand why you're saying it's not a vaccine? What definition of vaccine are you using, and why doesn't the mRNA one satisfy it? I genuinely don't get it.

Short version: a vaccine is made of either dead/killed virus cells or attenuated virus cells, and imparts immunity from the viral disease. By their own admission, this treatment merely lessens the severity of the symptoms of the disease but does not impart immunity. Therefore it is not a “vaccine” but a “treatment” and an experimental one at that —- it does not have approval from the FDA as a vaccine, but is only under “emergency authorization”.
