If someone claims medical exemption it’s illegal to remove someone for a mask, police still side with the business. I’ve also watched the video where a hospital held a patient against her will and when police were called they didn’t help the people they helped the hospital keep the family way from their family member inside.
The police have fucking DISCRETION. They could absolutely try to resolve with less violence. That lady in the bank video was old and frail, yet he forced her to the ground? Give me a break. He could have asked the bank teller to confirm that she had a bank account and give her her money so she could leave quickly and not cause a scene.
