It was because she was technically trespassing but everyone knows that is bullshit. Once a businesses tells you to leave no matter how stupid the reason you have to once you don't it is trespassing. Same scenario happened in philly at a Starbucks with a black dude a few years ago blm came out and he got paid I think. He didn't get injured at all this 65 year old white lady has 3 broken bones in her foot I doubt she'll get a settlement because obvious reasons.
