The teachers use the male name, they can go to many places (like Planned Parenthood) to get hormones without their parents. Psychiatrists almost ALL affirm the transition and threaten the parents with their child's suicide if they don't comply.
You'd be shocked at what the medical establishment will do without parental consent. Once they turn 18 all bets are off.
