.Win needs to bring back fat people hate. I’ve gained a significant amount of weight recently. It would help if I had a place to go for zero tolerance fat. I need your insults and tough love to lose it!
Hey fat ass, it is not hard to be in shape. If you are plump and doughy, start with 10 sit ups a day. This takes seconds. It sound like nothing, but at the end of the month those ten sit ups add up to 300. By the end of the year, you’ve done over 3,000! And it seriously takes little effort. Same with walking. Walk a mile a day. Big deal. But at the end of the year you have walked 365 miles. You’d be surprised how truly easy it is to stay in shape.
