Right now I'm short on cash (setting up a new household). But I'm going to buy a shotgun to defend my new place with the stimmy check. I'm thinking of getting the Citadel PAX 12 ga shotgun from PSA.

Anyone have any experience with this gun / have any other sugestions?

If you just want a basic shotty and don’t mind used maybe look into stores that rotate old PD stock? I got a rad 870 w shell carrier and rifle sights for $250. Just had a few scuffs.

The SG he listed in 229. There are some really cheap brands out there. I can't speak for their accuracy, reliability or longevity, but if the man is short on funds, doesn't have a gun, they're not bad options.

Checkout gun.deals. It's an interesting site for gun deals.

Please get a reliable shotgun with good aftermarket support instead of that. If you are dead set on a shotgun, get a Remington 870 or Mossberg 500 series. If you can spare some more cash, THIS would be a great buy and a shotgun that will last you a few generations.
