They need to ban businesses from requiring them, with penalties. If you want to wear one, its your choice, but you can't refuse service to people who don't wear one.

If a business says you can’t come in because they don’t like your shirt, They don’t like your mask, They don’t like your skin color even. All of that should be perfectly fine.

But at the end of the day, if a business wants to discriminate for any reason, they should be allowed to, no matter how stupid. And we, the people, have the choice to never frequent the establishment again and inform our friends, family, and community that said establishment is a shit hole
