If a business says you can’t come in because they don’t like your shirt, They don’t like your mask, They don’t like your skin color even. All of that should be perfectly fine.

But at the end of the day, if a business wants to discriminate for any reason, they should be allowed to, no matter how stupid. And we, the people, have the choice to never frequent the establishment again and inform our friends, family, and community that said establishment is a shit hole

Nope. No shirt, no shoes, no service and restaurants having a dress code mean unless the courts or legislature change the law businesses can refuse service based on what you wear or don't wear.
Yes, in the ideal free market. I wish we had anything like that. What we have now is big corps partnering with the government to dominate entire industries. The alliance of government and business has a name, but it isn't free market.
