If the city of austin were implementing Jim Crow policies, I'm pretty goddamn sure there wouldn't be a lawsuit, there'd be arrests.

THIS is the same denial of rights, just on everyone instead of a few. It should be treated as such. State police and bracelets for anyone ordering the citizens civil rights to be violated under color of law.
