USA has entered the Looting Phase of Collapsing Empire. The last official act of any government is to loot the public treasury. Schumer and Pelosi’s districts get enriched (enrich themselves) in the “covid stimulus” package to the tune of Billion$.

Looking away from the looting is also looting.

And no this in not same ol’ same ol’ pork ....this is another level, called LOOTING.

And it is a sign of the impending collapse.

So, historically speaking, what happens after the 'looting phase'? Total collapse, anarchy and then the emergence of a new system (whatever that may be)?
