Yeah, they actually had a plan. An alternative to the monarchy system. The January 6 people weren't insurrectionists. They went in thinking they wouldn't get punished because of the crowd. But they fled the moment they it would like they would in trouble.

The CTR insurrectionists here don't have a plan either. Nor an alternative to the constitutional system we have now. They sure hell aren't anything like the founding fathers.

There wasn't a plan. It was a multi-prong effort in opportunity. Trump supporters got caught up in herd mentality and were flagged in when the barriers were removed. Sure you can find exceptions where people broke a window but I don't know that those were Trump supporters. For all I know they were in John Sullivan branch of this act. This was NOT an insurrection.

They had a plan but no will to act. Very little organization at a United level.

It was thanks to the spontaneous action of a few armed Patriots at Lexington and Concord that these intellectuals were able to take the reigns of the national sentiment of anger and channel it into something constructive.

Before Patriots shot the redcoats trying to take their guns, all these people did was send the equivalent of Ted Cruz's angry letters. Living through what we are now, I have respect for these men, but the militias at Lexington and Concord are the ones that should have the biggest statues

yea, those boomers need to stop thinking about seizing the capital and all that nonsense and start talking about taking the constitution and forming a secessionist movement. DC is a lost cause. And the patriotic "gotts ta stop teh ch!nk$ xenophobia has to stop too. Every time a real secession discussion starts, the glowies roll in with the "we own this land we need to stay together to keep the "insert forigner I hate" here from getting it!

Imagine if the founding fathers were fools like the people are now. "We need to stick to the British Crown! Or else the injuns will kill us all and take the land!"
