I'm the youngest of 7 and, since BOTH my lifelong conservative parents passed at the tail end of 2020 (dad 11/24, then I find mom here at the home in which I moved to back to caregive on 12/17), it's LITERALLY me against ALL SIX of my totally indoctrinated siblings. You can't BELIEVE how excruciatingly isolated I am here as not only the (bachelor) now Curator Of The Museum/estate representative but this forum right here and a few very select friends - like an underground church meeting - are the few outlets I have to speak with RATIONAL individuals. Their idea of a 'conversation' is: getting right in your face and SCREAMING at you, then storming off when you attempt to introduce those pesky FACTS through their impenetrable Confirmation Bias barrier. Is there some generic PLAYBOOK they all go by?
I've never quite made up my mind over the years - are these liberal/socialist, "progressive" jackals more truly nasty when they LOSE or when they, like now, control EVERYTHING? Our increasingly secular/demonic 'culture', the levers of power, the K-12 (and beyond) Marxist madrassas, etc? I hope we can come back from The Abyss.
