North Korea should publicly call the US election stolen and a sham and state that they do not recognize the authority of China Joe or his regime.
They should go on to state that they hope to resume nuclear disarmament negotiations with the legitimate government of the United States under President Donald J Trump once the Republic is restored, hopefully in the near future.

Indeed. I lived in China for a while, and had I acted as usual, I WOULD. NOT. HAVE. SURVIVED. Rights don't exist in these places (not that we're doing well on that front now ourselves), but assuming being a foreign citizen will get you out of the consequences of your actions is absurd.
