Kim grew up in Switzerland and then inherited Non-Korea from his father and grandfather. He might be nothing more than a puppet.

Because the dims would cry about "human rights" and "making deals with dictators" for years afterwards. He would have brought NK into the fold of liberty if he hadn't gotten cheated out of re-election.
