I remember when Pres. Trump went to the DMZ and crossed the line into North Korea. Kim approached him so quickly, with a big smile, and I thought Kim was about to break out into happy skipping (Daddy's here! Daddy's here!), he was obviously so pleased to have Trump there. When they'd stop to let the photographers take pics, Kim's expression would go grim and serious (pics for the masses), but each time he faced Trump and talked to him, his expression was a big, happy grin ... as if to say: I want to give this man a gigantic hug!

So I'm not surprised at all that Kim won't take Biden's call ... or is it the VP who's been tasked with making the call?
