It's hard to wrap one's mind around this type of thinking, but they really do believe more damage can be done by everyday people (the fantasy of people seeing the cover, relating in their "hatred" of black people, and never passing by the opportunity each & every day to take out their aggression on blacks) instead of actual suicide bombings and decapitations.
