You can also right-click on the link and do "Save Link Target As..." or "Save Link As..." (wording may vary in your browser) to download the PDF without having to load the whole thing in a tab.
I got some of the way into this but had to stop. This is horrific. I was already going nowhere near this, but since then my Mum and my partner's Dad have had this fucking evil shit. I am terrified for them both.
