I'm not a "pot is a miracle drug" guy either, but it's safer than alcohol for sure. It's easier on your body, and the decisions you make while on it are usually really passive.

It can be dependent on the strain of weed as well. weed is like alcohol and that it's not just one thing It's a bunch of different kinds of similar thing. Not saying you should go and try it again but the fact that it treats everybody differently is definitely a thing.

I hate pot and don't want it around me but it's so prevalent everywhere and some people seem to find a benefit from it so I guess to each their own.

Never took to it. Always made me feel paranoid, but everyone else I know got a relaxing buzz from it.
