Ok frens of .win!

In the market for a bolt action, and have been eye fucking the Savage Scout 110 in 308. Does anyone have any experience with these? Any other suggestions?

Use: not hunting, general, all-around bolt action is desired. I live in MA, this is why I'm looking for bolt, action and not semi auto.
