It is especially annoying to see them discarded in parking lots, gutters, sidewalks..... Who is going to pick up those nasty things after someone has been fouling them with their halitosis and germ laden breaths?
I like walking around my town and am seriously tempted to pick them all up and make a collection of them... maybe staple them to a big board or something
