Biden did not inherit a "broken system" from Trump. Biden inherited a system from Trump that had a vastly different goal than the one Biden has. Trump's goal was to stop the flow of illegals into this country, whereas Biden's goal is to open the floodgates. Of course the system they got from Trump is not doing what they want, it was built for a different purpose. It's like inheriting a fire truck and complaining it's not a flamethrower.
