I much prefer the strategy of nullifying unconstitutional laws at the state level. We'd get more traction if we had states arrest ATF agents who try to enforce unconstitutional laws within the borders of the state, and then put them on trial in state courts for violating the constitution.
Trying to get democrats and RINOs to stop being democrats and RINOs is a very bad strategy.
