I'm mexican and my recommendation is: SHOOT TO KILL.

Even if you have a gun one bullet won't kill a person. They can easily overpower you 1v3.

Start shooting and say they were trying to overpower you.

Don't risk your family for the filth of the world. Yeah as soon as you try to break into my house you're considered trash. How am I supposed to know your intentions? Steal my money? Rape my wife? Rape my daughter? Human trafficking?? As soon as you try to fuck me I'll do anything to protect my family.

That’s my question. Why the fuck did the homeowner not shoot?

I would have. Multiple times.

Yup. Sure. And if somebody stole the presidency you would also start a civil war. Easy to be tough on the internet.

What state was this in? Since the homeowner didn't shoot any of them, I have to assume this was in California where defending yourself or your property will get you arrested. I can't imagine this happened in a state where castle doctrine is the law of the land.

Pierre_Delectoes 18 points ago +18 / -0

Even if this was Cali or some other no Castle Doctrine state, do NOT do what this person did. Not only is trying to hold 4 adult males at gunpoint until cops arrive dangerous physically (4 v 1 even with a gun isn't easy), but you put yourself in all kinds of legal jeopardy. A liberal DA can make your life hell with false imprisonment charges and brandishing charges. Anytime you hold someone against their will (criminal or not) and anytime you point your weapon at anyone without firing it, you're in legal jeopardy.

Such a good point. Plus, even if you shoot them, you're going to jail and will go through a trial or grand jury so it will be months before your life is back to normal. And that's assuming you can live with killing someone...

USCCA has several good articles about people who were fully justified and in a red state, but still had legal red tape to go through. Crazy world.

This is why the best policy is:

  1. Shoot
  2. Shovel
  3. STFU

I pay 30 bucks a month for USCCA - legal protection in the event I have to use my fire arm to protect myself, or for any other self-defense issue. It includes bail, enough to $250,000 of legal fees. I’m not worried about protecting myself, I’m worried about how to protect myself after I protect myself. With the ongoing riots, and the downfall of America, the $30 a month I pay is worth every penny. In the event something occurs, and that percentage rate of something happening is rising every day, if something happens my mom won’t end up losing your house, or other family members won’t have to go into debt help help keep me out of jail.

Amen bro. Its scary stuff. I need to look into if my membership covers my spouse too or if they need a separate membership for the insurance

ThisIsHowItStarts 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think they have family plans, and the one I have is the basic plan I believe. You can get more coverage than that if you want. But seriously my mom is 80 years old, I’m 57 we’re both women. We have firearms, I’m not afraid to use them, and if I had to I would kill somebody with my bare hands. Anything to protect my mom and our house. I’m so done with what’s going on in America, with antifa, and BLM. No quarter! I went to DC on January 6. It felt great knowing that I had that legal back up, if necessary. Funny thing is… I posted videos on Facebook, I’ve even posted my picture on this website stating that I went to January 6 event, and that I wasn’t afraid to scream it from the rooftops. I know I didn’t do anything wrong when I was there. So I’m not worried about it. But I wonder… I just wonder if they go after the vulnerable like they do with everything else. Before they show up at anyone’s house, they have everything they need to know about that person, where they were, what hotel they stayed out, their bank records, you name it…. I wonder how many people don’t have legal representation, or the means to do so that they’re keeping locked up. I always joke with my mom, that I’m going to be the first one to go to one of those FEMA camps. Because I’m so vocal. But rest assured, if they come for me, I’m taking a couple down with me before I go anywhere. Basically I’m not going to a FEMA camp. Lol!

I feel the same way about my kids. God is the only way we are gonna get through this mess, and its been a hard test of my faith to trust Him to take care of us, while I do everything I can to do the same.

See you at FEMA... oh wait 😉

Get USCCA's insurance. I have had it for years now.

Mark4-39 2 points ago +2 / -0

I got it when I joined to get free Sig ammo. Still don't have the ammo 2 months later, but the courses and insurance is worth it I guess.

Believe it or not, California actually has some of the strongest Castle Doctrine laws in the country.

1
JimQPublic 1 point ago +1 / -0

Agreed. I'm suggesting the correct course of action is to kill them outright.

LOL.

You still think America has a judicial system. 😂😂😂😂

kornesque 12 points ago +12 / -0

Reading this, it sounds like the homeowner had the gun and told 911 they were using it to hold them off.

7
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 7 points ago +7 / -0

That's exactly what it is. The title of this post does not match what actually happened.

Apparently, the homeowner’s pronouns are they/them 🙄

The Obiden admin will do catch and release and they will do it again. I wonder if they will be given the pistol back or will have to steal another one.

I had this happen to me as a kid. Was visiting my cousins for the summer who lived near a border town. One night we were out riding our bikes in the cool summer air, and as we rolled up to the house at the end of a cul-de-sac we noticed 2 guys behind the fence line of the house facing the border. We ran to the neighbors house who was a local cop and sure as shit, they had broken into the house and were making up all kinds of excuses. I’m just glad we decided that night to go riding instead of staying in while the parents were at dinner.

WRONG. The suspects were identified as ILLEGAL ALIENS. "Undocumented immigrants" is a far-left propaganda term.

5
Dialectic 5 points ago +5 / -0

Identified as "lucky-to-be-fucking-alive"

6
Kaarous 6 points ago +6 / -0

Don't take prisoners boys and girls. Those animals will be released, and they'll rack up more victims before the end.

5
PatriotSkorzeny 5 points ago +5 / -0

Shoulda shot ‘em.

4
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 4 points ago +4 / -0

The illegal aliens didn't have the pistol, the homeowner did.

3
cuhboose 3 points ago +3 / -0

Why is the one in the middle holding the hand of the other one?

tombombadil86 2 points ago +2 / -0

They'll be released ban in to the US, should have just shot them.

2
Dialectic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Everyone in this country is way, way too polite, way too forgiving, way too slow to engage in violence.

These guys could have been legally shot. But homeowner decided to not do that. Now they'll end up back in the country and will kill someone else very soon.

2
PartandParcel 2 points ago +2 / -0

The Resident in their will just have them re-released right back in to the community. Also, give up your guns potatus says.

1
Unclebanks 1 point ago +1 / -0

I almost didn't type this since my brain doesn't see a reddit-like interface as something I can comment on (assumes ban).

This is exactly how Canada works now. They are cracking down on legal firearms, crime is increasing and all of it is with illegal guns smuggled in. They won't crack down on that because 1) they like it 2) it's funneled through native reserves who have protected woke status

1
WeaponizedSmirk 1 point ago +1 / -0

The homeowners had the pistol, which they used to keep the illegals at bay.

1
JZSquared 1 point ago +1 / -0

We need castle doctrine and stand your ground laws in every state.
