I’m not from MD, but to get you started, go on - realtor dot com - website, you can enter a town name (I entered Berlin) then click search (house parameters irrelevant for this). Click on the first house result, then click on the “map” feature. Once on the map, in the top left corner will be a row of other options, one of which is “crime” that will give you a color overlay based on, I assume, crime statistics. I flip homes and regularly use this as a data point.
