Good luck with that. Probably 90% of the CIA is now self funded. They have spun off into criminal enterprises and corporations. They run child sex blackmailing operations. They control the media. I would have absolutely NO idea how you would root them out at this point. Most of us don't even have an idea of WHO most of them are. The amount of power they have is IMMENSE.
