It’s definitely real, killer my 27 years old brother merely because he was obese... very unexpected. He always got over any illness with ease. This one seemed the same he had a fever for 10 days but then suddenly passed away before waking up around 8am in the morning... like he lost oxygen.
I still question if some sort of radiation from 5G has a role in all of this. He caught the virus out of thin air, no way to trace where he got it...

Another reason could be that no one can really know that what killed your brother was Covid. Based on your description, he had a respiratory condition. He had a fever. He died. You didn't mention, but I assume he tested positive using some test. I assume someone made the claim that this test has some degree of accuracy and detects something called Covid.
The truth of the matter is, we know these claims are made. But the track record of those who make these claims is so shoddy, we can't be truly certain what happened. And Tanzania says, maybe what's happening is something else.
Maybe there's an actual Covid. Maybe people in Tanzania also die from it, but the death rate is low enough they don't notice.
But maybe, also, Covid is just flu rebranded, and there is no actual Covid.

My brother died almost a year ago now. Early in the pandemic, doctors were so scared they basically refuse to see him in person and told him to ride it out at home.. not even to get tested... he was basically given no help from the medical community and left to die inside his home.

I think Covid-19 is either (1) existing respiratory issues rebranded in a global psy-op, or (2) a lab-manufactured novel virus that's sometimes associated with deaths like your brother's, but whose effects are mostly exaggerated for political purposes.
