I’ve been an audio engineer, never at that level, but even I know that you never do an ankle mount for a seated interview. You either do waist (potentially uncomfortable for seated session) or more likely clipped to the bra strap (sweater would hide the bulk)

I.E. and ankle monitor... I am not going to postulate what that could mean if true...
