I am forced to agree that evil does not fall apart of its own weight, and has to be opposed.
If you examine what is prohibited in the Bible, including incest and child sacrifice, you will see a litany of what people would indeed do, and have often done, if not told not to do that.
The traditional Western ways are what has been shown to actually work.
If you look at what is under attack, you will see what is worth attacking. You will see what must be pretty strong, or why attack it?
